Description

The Look is a slim single pendant built as a narrow square-section tube that hangs from a matching ceiling cap and cable. This version has a built-in LED rather than a GU10 bulb, so the light source sits inside the 15mm square tube and throws a tight 30-degree beam straight down as a contained pool rather than a soft all-round glow. The narrow body shields the LED so you read the light on the surface below rather than the source, and the square edge gives it a sharp, geometric line.

The integrated LED runs at 3.5W and 3000K warm white, putting out 220 lumens with a high CRI above 90, so colours below it stay true. That narrow output suits accent light over a worktop, a bar or a side table, or a run of two or three hung in a line over an island. Lit, it casts a clean circle of warm light straight down; unlit, it reads as a fine white square-section line dropping from the ceiling.

We supply it ready to wire on its cable, with the LED built in so there is no bulb to buy or replace. The drop adjusts from 650mm to 2440mm off an 80mm ceiling cap. The white body is a painted metal finish, class II insulated and rated IP20 for indoor rooms. The LED is rated to 50,000 hours and switches on and off only; it is not dimmable.

What kind of light does the Look give?

A narrow, directed pool. The built-in LED throws a 30-degree beam straight down at 3000K warm white, so it works as accent light over a worktop, bar or table rather than filling the room.

Does it take a bulb?

No. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or replace; the pendant arrives ready to wire and light on its cable. The module is rated to 50,000 hours.

Is it dimmable?

No. This version is switched on and off only and has no dimming, so it holds a fixed warm 3000K output.

How is it different from the GU10 Look pendant, and can I hang several?

This one has a built-in LED and a slimmer 15mm square section, where the GU10 version takes a replaceable bulb in a 40mm tube. The drop adjusts from 650mm to 2440mm, so two or three can be hung in a line over an island or bar.
