The Llamas is a 3 light wall light built around three curved metal arms that rise from a semi-circular gloss white base, each arm tapering gradually as it curves upward and outward. Each arm holds a single G4 halogen fitting at its tip, positioned to cast light both upward and outward from the wall. The gloss white finish reflects and amplifies the halogen light, creating a brighter visual presence than a matt surface would deliver.

Designed for hallways, living room accent walls and bedroom feature walls in contemporary interiors, the Llamas works where a sculptural wall light is needed to add vertical interest without the bulk of a multi-shade fitting. At 610mm tall and 270mm wide, the fitting suits walls where there is vertical clearance above a console table, beside a mirror, or flanking a doorway. The 200mm projection from the wall allows the arms to curve freely without crowding the space below.

The three arms are hand-finished metal, shaped and polished individually before the gloss white coat is applied. This means the curve and taper of each arm show slight variation between fittings, giving each Llamas a subtly different profile when viewed from the side. The gloss finish is smooth and reflective, pairing with white or light-coloured walls in modern and minimalist interiors. The fitting accepts G4 halogen capsule bulbs up to 20W each (bulbs sold separately) and is compatible with trailing-edge dimmers.

The Llamas takes three G4 halogen capsule bulbs, each rated up to 20W. Bulbs are sold separately. G4 is a bi-pin base commonly used in low-voltage halogen fittings. Note that LED and CFL G4 equivalents are not compatible with this fitting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with halogen G4 bulbs and a trailing-edge dimmer. Leading-edge dimmers may cause flickering or humming with halogen capsules, so a trailing-edge model is required for smooth dimming performance.

What wall clearance is needed above the fitting?

The arms rise 610mm from the base, so install the fitting where there is at least 650mm of clear wall height above the mounting point. This allows the tallest arm to curve freely without crowding a ceiling or picture rail.

How is the gloss white finish maintained?

Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes, which can dull the gloss surface over time.
