Description

The Livette is an LED flush ceiling light in bright chrome, with three gently waving white diffuser bars held across a slim rectangular canopy. It measures 65cm long, 13cm wide and only 4.5cm high, so it sits tight to the ceiling and keeps headroom clear where a pendant would hang too low. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 21W and giving 2,800lm of 3000K light, a warm white that feels relaxed in the evening. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms.

Because it lies so close to the ceiling, the Livette suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and home offices, and it is a sensible answer for lower ceilings. The three bars spread light along the length of the fitting rather than from a single point, which helps a long room or a rectangular space feel evenly lit. The middle bar runs a little longer than the outer two, so the ends step in and out and give the light a sense of movement even while the LEDs are dark. The white diffusers soften the LEDs, so you see a smooth glow rather than bright dots.

The body is aluminium and steel in a chrome finish, and the diffusers are white plastic. Because the LEDs are integrated, there are no bulbs to buy or change. The light is not dimmable and has no switch of its own; it is switched at the wall, so pair it with an ordinary on and off switch rather than a dimmer. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains, carries an E energy class and weighs 0.916KG packed.
