Description

The Lite Hole C 120 is a large, slim LED ceiling light that also fits on a wall. It measures 120cm across and just 6cm tall, so it sits close to the surface. A wide, softly glowing diffuser fills the face, framed by a narrow twin-ring rim, and the fitting comes in White, Black, Gold or Copper. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 19.5W and gives 3664 lumens of 3000K light with a CRI of 90, a warm white that keeps colours looking true.

At this size it is made for big rooms: a generous living room, an open-plan living and dining space, a long hallway or a wide landing, where one fitting gives a broad, even light. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, and it is an indoor light. It dims, either through a DALI control system or by push dimming, so it suits homes and projects that already run a lighting control system as well as those that want simple control at the wall. Choose Gold or Copper for a warm edge against a pale ceiling, or White or Black to blend with the surface or frame it.

The design is by David Abad, and it is built around that slim twin-ring outline, with the diffuser held flush inside it so the face reads as one even panel of light. It runs at 230V and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician, on a ceiling or on a wall, so plan its position and the dimming method before the electrician arrives. At 120cm across, measure the ceiling or wall first and leave room around it so the full circle sits clear of beams, cornices and doorways. Our photographs show the copper version.
