Description
The Lika is a small rectangular recessed downlight, a compact projector in white die-cast aluminium that sets flush into a ceiling and sends a single directed beam straight down. The LED sits deep behind a shiny black reflector, so the source stays out of direct view and reads as a clean pool on the surface below rather than a bright lamp overhead. At 105mm long the face sits almost level with the plaster, leaving a neat slot of light with little hardware on show.
The LED is built in and gives 630 lumens through a tight 29-degree beam, a focused pool for picking out a picture, a worktop edge or a single reading spot rather than washing a whole room. Colour is a neutral 4000K with a colour rendering above 90, so whites stay crisp and materials read true, which suits a kitchen or a work area where a cooler, cleaner light is wanted. The deep black reflector keeps glare low, and several set in a line make a measured run of accents.
The body is painted die-cast aluminium in white with a shiny black polycarbonate reflector, rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms. The driver is built in and included, and side flaps let it fix into plasterboard without extra brackets. We supply it complete, with the LED and driver in place and nothing to wire beyond the mains feed.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does it cast?
A focused neutral downlight. The built-in LED sits deep behind a black reflector and throws 630 lumens through a tight 29-degree beam at 4000K, marking out a spot rather than lighting a room.
Is there a bulb to fit?
No. The LED is built into the body with the driver included, rated for around 50,000 hours, so the downlight arrives ready to wire with no lamp to add or replace in normal use.
How is it fixed and how deep does it need?
It recesses into a ceiling and holds with side flaps into plasterboard, so no separate brackets are needed. The body is 105mm long, about 48mm across and 45mm deep, so a shallow void is enough.
Where does the 4000K colour suit best?
The 4000K neutral white keeps whites crisp and colours true, which reads well in kitchens, worktops and work areas. For a warmer living-room feel the 3000K options in the range suit better.
