The Leela is a square-profile pleated fabric lampshade in white, measuring 20cm at the top, 40cm at the base and 27.5cm in height. The pleated fabric exterior runs vertically from the narrow top frame to the wider base, creating a tapered square silhouette that suits both table lamps and floor lamp standards. The fabric is lined to diffuse light evenly and prevent hotspots when a bulb is fitted inside.

Designed for use on traditional table lamp bases and floor standards, the Leela fits any lamp holder that accepts a standard shade carrier or European fitting via the included reducer ring. The 40cm base width suits lamp bases between 15-25cm diameter, providing proportional balance without overwhelming smaller bases or looking undersized on larger ones. The white fabric reflects light cleanly, making it suitable for bedside tables, living room side tables and hallway console lamps where soft ambient light is needed.

The pleating is formed from individual folds pressed into the fabric and held in place by the top and bottom wire frames, giving the shade a structured appearance with visible texture under both daylight and lamplight.
