Description

The Laila is a wall mounted hanging rail in iron with a brass finish, 90cm long overall. A single round bar runs between two flat end plates, each 9.5cm tall and drilled with four screw holes, and the bar is set forward of the plates so it stands 7.5cm clear of the wall. The brass carries some variation along its length rather than one flat tone.

That 7.5cm of clearance is what the rail is for: it leaves room for a hook to hang over the bar and swing. Two can be fixed on the same wall, one above the other. In a kitchen it holds pans and utensils, and in a bathroom it takes towels. It fixes through the end plates, four screws to each.

The rail is iron under a brass finish and weighs 1.6kg. The Laila range also holds the same rail at 120cm, both lengths in a plain iron finish as well as this brass one, and a set of four S hooks made to hang over the bar. The hooks are not included.
