Description
A modular sofa made up of one corner module and two extension modules, 255cm across and 85cm deep. Each module is a low mango wood platform standing on four turned legs, with the front rail faced in a woven hessian panel held down by a line of small round-headed studs. The back is a plain wood upright rather than an upholstered frame, so the structure stays visible from behind as well as in front. A thick boxed seat cushion in natural linen sits on each platform, with a softer pillow-style back cushion leaning against the upright.
At 255cm it takes the long side of most sitting rooms. The seat runs 163cm of that width, sits 42cm off the floor and is 78cm deep, which is deep enough to sit right back into with the cushion behind. Iron clamps come with it and fit under the seat of each module so the pieces do not drift apart in use. Because the modules are separate, the sofa can be broken down to carry in, rearranged, or extended later by adding another module or a second corner.
The frames are solid mango wood and the upholstery is natural linen. On the corner module the back and the base are both upholstered; the extensions carry the same cushions on the same frame. The hessian across the front rail is left as a visible weave rather than covered over, and the legs are simply turned. The three modules weigh 63.4kg between them, so each one can be carried in on its own. The Krissa range also sells the corner, the extension and a matching footstool separately.

Frequently Asked
What comes in the set?
One corner module and two extension modules.
How big is it?
255cm across, 85cm deep and 75cm tall. The seat runs 163cm at 42cm from the floor.
Do the modules fix together?
Yes. Iron clamps are supplied and fit under the seat of each module, so nothing shifts in use.
Can it be extended?
Yes. Further modules and corner pieces can be added, and the Krissa range also sells the corner, the extension and a footstool on their own.
What is the upholstery?
Natural linen over a solid mango wood frame, with a hessian panel across the front rail.
How do I look after it?
Blot a spill immediately with a clean sponge or cloth. Vacuum it regularly. It can be cleaned professionally, and colours may fade in direct sunlight.
