Description

The Knightsbridge FL High Lumen 200W pole clamp is a black steel mounting accessory designed specifically for the FL High Lumen 200W floodlight range. The clamp fits circular poles between 40mm and 150mm in diameter, using two threaded rods with serrated grip plates that tighten around the pole circumference to secure the floodlight without requiring permanent fixings.

Designed for installing high-output floodlights on existing street furniture, car park poles, industrial yard lighting columns and temporary site lighting masts, the clamp allows the floodlight to be mounted at heights from 2.5m to 12m without drilling or welding. The 260mm width distributes load across the pole surface, and the serrated internal grip plates bite into the pole coating without slipping once the tensioning bolts are fully tightened.

The steel construction is powder-coated black to match the FL High Lumen floodlight housing finish. The 50mm depth accommodates the floodlight's rear mounting bracket while keeping the overall projection from the pole compact. Each clamp carries a 5-year warranty when paired with genuine Knightsbridge FL High Lumen floodlights.

The clamp adjusts to fit circular poles from 40mm to 150mm diameter. The threaded rods allow the jaw width to be set before the serrated grip plates are tensioned against the pole.

Does it work with other floodlight brands?

This clamp is engineered for the Knightsbridge FL High Lumen 200W floodlight range and matches its rear mounting bracket geometry. Using it with other brands may result in poor fit, reduced stability or voided warranty.

Can it be installed without tools?

No. Installation requires spanners or a socket set to tighten the tensioning bolts that draw the grip plates together around the pole. Hand-tightening alone will not provide enough clamping force to prevent slippage under wind load.

Is the clamp suitable for square or rectangular poles?

No. The clamp is designed for circular poles only. Square or rectangular section poles require alternative mounting brackets with flat contact surfaces.
