Description

The Knightsbridge UCP200 is a 2m mains power cable with 3-core flex, designed to connect 230V mains supply to LED under-cabinet fittings that accept side-entry power connections. One end terminates in a two-pin connector that plugs into the side socket of compatible Knightsbridge under-cabinet lights; the other end has bare wire conductors (live, neutral, earth) for connection to a switched fused spur or junction box.

Used in kitchen installations where the mains supply drops down from the wall above the worktop or comes from a switched spur positioned nearby, the 2m length allows the cable to run from the connection point to the first cabinet light without excess slack coiling behind the unit. The white PVC sheath matches the finish of most Knightsbridge under-cabinet fittings and blends against white-painted or light-coloured walls and cabinetry.

The 3-core construction includes earth continuity, which is required for mains-voltage LED fittings even when the fitting itself has double-insulated components. The cable is rated for 230V 50Hz operation and carries Knightsbridge's 1-year warranty. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with current UK wiring regulations.
