Description

The Keselle is a long LED pendant light made of wave-shaped bars that twist around each other, hung on fine wires from a slim rectangular ceiling canopy. The body is steel and aluminium in a light brown finish, and a white plastic shade lines the underside of each bar and covers the LEDs. It measures 90cm long and 6cm wide, with an overall height of 120cm. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 35W and giving 5,300lm at 3000K, a warm white. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room.

Its long, low shape makes it a natural choice to hang over a dining table, a kitchen island or a long desk, where a single central pendant would leave the ends of the surface in shadow. With 5,300lm from a single fitting, it gives a generous working light for meals, homework and evenings with friends, and the warm 3000K tone keeps the room comfortable rather than clinical. The light brown finish sits easily with natural wood, white walls and grey upholstery, and the twisting form gives a plain ceiling something to look at even before the LEDs are lit.

It is not dimmable and has no switch of its own: it is switched at the wall, so it comes on at full output every time. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains and carries an energy class of D.
