This is a printed velvet cushion for Christmas, showing Santa mid-dance on a pale skating scene, candy cane in hand, with two snow-dusted Christmas trees behind him and the words “Let it Snow” across the top. It measures 43 x 43cm, the standard square that most cushion pads and covers are built around, so replacements and layering companions are easy to find. The front carries the full printed scene; the reverse is a plain ruby red velvet, so the cushion reads as festive from the front and quietly rich from the back or the side.

It suits a sofa, an armchair or a bed dressed for the season, and it does the seasonal-decor job without demanding a whole scheme built around it.
