Our Jerbine bollard light is a low black post topped with a lantern, standing 45cm tall with a head 16.5cm in diameter. Slim black bars curve around a white plastic diffuser, so a fitted bulb shows as a soft white glow inside the cage, and the round post rises from a base plate 11.5cm in diameter. It takes one E27 bulb, which is not included, and carries an IP54 rating. That rating settles the main question: it is protected from splashing water, so it can stand outdoors in the garden.

Set a pair either side of a front path, beside the steps to your door or along the edge of a drive, and they mark the way after dark at low level.
