Description
The Jedi is a slim outdoor bollard built as a narrow aluminium post just 26mm square, standing 400mm tall on a spike that pushes into the ground. A glossy opal polycarbonate diffuser runs down one face, so the light reads as a soft vertical line aimed down and out rather than a hard beam. Lit, it marks the edge of a path or a bed with a low warm wash at ground level; unlit, the black post reads as a thin, quiet marker set among planting.
The LED is built into the post and gives 720 lumens at a warm 3000K with a high CRI above 90, so colours in the border stay true under it. The light is aimed directly down and to the side through the opal face, keeping the source out of the eye as you walk past. At 400mm this is the low member of the range, made to edge a route or a bed and to lay overlapping pools when several are run in a line, rather than to light a whole area.
The base and body are powder-coated aluminium in black with a shiny opal polycarbonate diffuser, rated IP65 against dust and driven rain and built to insulation class II. The LED is fixed and rated to 50,000 hours, running off the 220 to 240 volt mains with no separate driver to house. We supply it with the ground spike so it arrives ready to site and wire, with no bulb to fit and nothing extra to add.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Jedi give?
A warm downward wash. The opal face runs down the post and aims the light down and out onto the ground, so it marks and lights a path edge or border rather than lighting a whole area. The built-in LED gives 720 lumens at a warm 3000K with a high CRI above 90.
Is there a bulb to fit?
No. The LED module is built into the aluminium body and is not replaceable, rated to 50,000 hours, and it runs straight off the 220-240V mains. It arrives ready to site and wire with nothing to fit or change.
Can it be used outdoors, and how does it fix down?
Yes. It is rated IP65 against dust and driven rain and built from powder-coated aluminium to insulation class II, so it is made to stand out through the seasons. It comes with a ground spike that pushes into soil, so it sites into a bed or along a path without a fixed base.
How big is it and where does it suit?
It is a slim bollard 400mm tall and just 26mm square, the low member of the Jedi range. That height suits edging a path, a bed or a driveway at ground level, with taller 805mm, 1205mm and 1605mm versions in the same run for higher light.
