Description

The JCB LED candle bulb delivers 470 lumens from a 4.9W LED in a compact 37mm diameter candle shape, fitted with an E14 small Edison screw base. The 6500K colour temperature produces a cool daylight-white output suited to task lighting in kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and utility rooms where clear visibility matters more than ambient warmth.

Designed as a direct replacement for 40W incandescent candle bulbs, the JCB LED fits chandeliers, wall sconces, bedside lamps and decorative ceiling fixtures using E14 sockets. The candle profile measures 37mm wide and 100mm tall including the base, making it compatible with most shades and lampholders designed for traditional candle bulbs. The non-dimmable design provides stable, flicker-free output on standard mains switching.

The 180-degree beam angle spreads light evenly from the bulb in a wide cone, filling shades and diffusers without creating hot spots. At 4.9W the bulb draws approximately 88% less energy than the 40W incandescent it replaces, reducing running costs while maintaining comparable brightness. The bulb carries an F energy rating under the revised EU energy labelling scale introduced in 2021.
