E14 (SES) LED Candle Bulb 3W 250lm - Warm White 3000K

This is a 3W LED candle bulb on an E14 cap, the small screw fitting UK suppliers also call SES. It gives 250 lumens at 3,000K, a warm white close to the yellow-leaning light of an old incandescent candle lamp rather than the crisper white of a 4,000K version. The pack rates it as a 25W replacement, so it is a straight swap for a small incandescent candle in a fitting you already own. An opal-white body over the candle shape softens the diodes behind it, and the beam is quoted at 180 degrees, so light spreads out and down across a wide arc.

E14 candle lamps belong in chandeliers, multi-arm pendants, wall lights and the smaller table lamps that take a clip-on shade. Before ordering, check the cap on the lamp you are taking out: E14 measures 14mm across the screw thread and E27 measures 27mm. The warm 3,000K tone suits living rooms, dining rooms and landings where the light should feel soft after dark, and it will sit alongside other warm white lamps without one arm of a chandelier reading noticeably colder than its neighbours.
