Ishan Folding Reclaimed Wood Dining & Coffee Table

A folding table with a top of reclaimed wood on a frame of distressed metal. The top is made up of boards of different tones laid side by side and bound at each end by an angled metal edge. The legs fold flat under it on a braced trestle, and two sets come with the table: a long pair that stands it at dining height and a short pair that drops it to a coffee table. The paint on the metal is worn back in places to the frame beneath.

On the long legs the table stands 77cm high, 153cm long and 77cm deep, which leaves room for people down both sides. On the short legs it becomes a low table to sit in front of a sofa. The design is for garden rooms, lounging spaces and kitchen-diners. The legs fold flat, so it packs down when the room is wanted for something else.

The top is reclaimed wood and the legs are reclaimed metal. Every board carries its own tone and texture, so no two tops come out alike, and the metal legs are finished with a hard coating that is tougher than conventional paint. Both sets of legs are supplied. The Ishan folding chairs are made to go with it.

How does it work as two tables?

Two sets of legs come with it, one long and one short. On the long legs it stands at dining height, 77cm from the floor; on the short legs it sits low enough to use as a coffee table.

How big is the top?

153cm long and 77cm deep. The whole table weighs 32.7kg.

What is it made from?

Reclaimed wood for the top and reclaimed metal for the legs.

Can it go outside?

No. It is not suitable for outdoor use.

Will every table look the same?

Not exactly. The wood is reclaimed and the metal is distressed, so the tones, the marks and the wear differ on every table.
