Designed for installation above bathroom vanities and mirrors, the fitting carries an IP44 rating for protection against water splashes, making it suitable for zones 2 and 3 in UK bathroom installations. The 533mm width suits double-basin vanities and wider mirror positions, with the 152mm projection clearing most mirror depths. The fitting can be mounted with shades facing upward or downward depending on ceiling height and desired light distribution — downward for direct illumination of a vanity surface, upward for softer reflected light off a ceiling.

The seeded glass shades contain tiny air bubbles trapped during forming, which scatter light into a softer spread than clear glass while still allowing the filament detail of the G9 LED capsules to show through.
