Our Highland Cow Mum and Calf sculpture captures one of Scotland's most loved farmyard pairings in a warm bronze-effect finish. The larger cow stands with her curved horns and shaggy coat rendered in fine detail, while the young calf shelters close at her side. The two figures are cast as a single piece, so there is nothing to arrange or balance on the shelf.

The surface texture does much of the work here. Each strand of the long Highland coat has been picked out in the moulding, and the raised areas catch the light to reveal the golden tones beneath the darker grey wash.
