Description

The Hali is a single-light brass wall light. A curved arm reaches out from a round back plate and turns down to hold a teardrop glass beneath two curved petal shades, which spread either side like a flower opening. It comes in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Natural Brass, Matt Black, White, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, and with a choice of Clear or Opal glass. On the Matt Black and White versions the shades are Polished Brass, so the painted arm and back plate meet bright brass petals. It is 31.5cm tall and 28cm wide, and stands 29cm out from the wall.

Rated IP65, it suits a bathroom as well as a bedroom, a dining room or a living room. A pair either side of a bathroom mirror works well, as does one beside the bed for reading or a row along a dining room wall. Antique Brass and Antique Silver have an aged, worn look that sits happily with old plaster, timber and stone; Natural Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass bring warmth to a plain painted wall; Matt Black and White, both with their Polished Brass shades, suit a crisp modern scheme. The painted finishes are Matt Black RAL 9005 and White RAL 9010, which helps if you are matching woodwork or a wall colour.

Each Hali is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass and glass. It takes one E27 bulb, which is sold separately, at up to 6.5W per bulb (LED). The light is wired in to the mains, so it is a job for a qualified electrician to install. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered.
