Description

This Liglo recessed downlight is a fixed, round ceiling fitting that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp. It is supplied without a bulb, so the GU10 lamp is chosen and bought separately to suit the room. The housing measures Ø97 by 27 mm and accepts a lamp up to 10W, giving a neat, low-profile fit once recessed into the ceiling.

It drops into a standard 68mm cut-out, sitting flush with the ceiling face for a clean, unobtrusive finish across hallways, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms. The position is fixed rather than tiltable, so it directs light straight down, which suits general and even coverage when several are spaced across a ceiling. With an IP20 rating it is intended for dry indoor spaces only, so keep it clear of bathrooms zones, porches and any exposed outdoor locations.

The body is aluminium alloy in a white finish that blends with most painted ceilings. Installation is straightforward into the prepared 68mm hole, with the fitting held by its spring clips against the ceiling board. The GU10 twist-lock holder secures the lamp with a simple turn for easy future replacement, and the chosen bulb determines brightness, tone and any dimming behaviour.
