Description

This square recessed downlight, part of the Glozo range, is built to take a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is supplied separately and is not included. The fitting itself produces no light; the GU10 bulb you fit provides the brightness, tone and beam. It holds a fixed, non-tilting position, sitting flush and squared into the ceiling once installed.

The compact 92 x 92 x 25 mm body suits hallways, kitchens, bathrooms with a dry indoor position, and living spaces where a neat squared trim is wanted across a run. The shallow 25 mm depth helps where there is limited room above the ceiling. Rated IP20, it is for dry indoor locations only and should be kept clear of splashes, exposed outdoor positions and direct moisture.

The housing is made from aluminium alloy in a gold and black two-tone finish, giving a defined edge against a plain ceiling. It is a recessed fitting: it drops into a 77 mm cut-out and is held by spring clips behind the ceiling face. The GU10 lamp twists into the holder and accepts a bulb of up to 10W. Whether the fitting can be dimmed depends entirely on the GU10 lamp chosen, not on the housing.

No, the fitting is supplied without a bulb. It accepts a separate GU10 twist-lock lamp of up to 10W, which you buy to suit the brightness and colour you want.
