Description

This is a recessed downlight fitting that drops into a 75mm ceiling cut-out and sits flush with the ceiling face. It takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is supplied separately and is not included. The position is fixed, giving a straight, downward throw that suits even, regular spacing across a ceiling.

The square aperture measures 88 x 88 mm with a 48 mm recess depth, so check the void above the ceiling allows for the fitting plus the chosen GU10 lamp and its wiring. It is rated IP20, which makes it suitable for dry indoor rooms such as living spaces, hallways, bedrooms and kitchens away from direct splashing. Keep it clear of bathroom zones and any location exposed to moisture.

The body is aluminium alloy in a silver and white finish, a clean square trim that reads neatly against a plain or painted ceiling. It accepts GU10 lamps up to a maximum of 10W, so match the lamp rating accordingly. Dimming depends entirely on the GU10 lamp you fit, not on the housing itself. Wiring is a straightforward connection behind the ceiling, with the spring clips holding the fitting firmly in the cut-out.
