Description
This Talu recessed downlight is a fixed-position ceiling fitting that accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp. The bulb is not included, which lets you choose the wattage, output and tone that suit the room. With a slim round profile measuring Ø84 mm across and just 30 mm deep, it sits neatly into the ceiling line and takes lamps up to 10W.
It drops into a 60mm cut-out, so a single hole is all that is needed to recess it flush into a plasterboard or panel ceiling. The fixed alignment makes it a tidy choice for even, repeated runs across kitchens, hallways and living spaces, and its IP44 rating means it is rated for splash protection in bathroom zones away from direct water and in covered outdoor areas such as porches and soffits.
The body is aluminium alloy in a clean white finish, giving a discreet trim that blends with most ceilings. A GU10 lamp twists into the holder, so no driver or transformer is needed for a mains GU10 bulb. Wipe the trim with a soft dry cloth when needed, with the power switched off, to keep the finish looking fresh.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No. This is a fitting only, supplied without a lamp. It accepts one GU10 twist-lock bulb, which you choose and buy separately.
What size hole does it need?
It recesses into a 60mm cut-out and sits flush against the ceiling face. The fitting measures Ø84 mm across and 30 mm deep, so allow clearance above the ceiling for the body.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
Its IP44 rating gives protection against splashing water, so it is suitable for bathroom zones away from direct spray and for covered outdoor spots such as porches and soffits. It is not rated for direct water jets or full exposure.
What is the maximum lamp wattage?
The fitting takes a GU10 lamp up to 10W. Choosing a bulb within this limit keeps it running safely; whether the light can be dimmed depends on the GU10 bulb you fit.
