Description

This is a recessed downlight fitting that drops into a 68mm ceiling cut-out and sits flush against the ceiling face. It takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is not included, so the chosen bulb sets the brightness, tone and beam to suit the room. The lamp position is fixed, giving a clean straight-down spread once the bulb is fitted, and the maximum lamp wattage is 10W.

The round bezel is finished in white with a gold inner ring, a neat detail for kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms where a tidy recessed point of light is wanted. The compact Ø96mm face and shallow 42mm body suit shallow ceiling voids, and multiple units can be spaced in a grid to light a room evenly. Position the cut-outs clear of joists and check the void depth before drilling.

Built from aluminium alloy, the body resists everyday knocks during install and stays neat over time. It carries an IP20 rating, so it is for dry indoor ceilings only and should be kept out of bathrooms and exposed locations. Fix it via the spring clips into the 68mm aperture, then twist in a suitable GU10 lamp to finish. Dimming depends entirely on the bulb you pair with it.

Can it be tilted or angled?

No, this is a fixed-position downlight, so the lamp points straight down. For directional or angled light, choose an adjustable spotlight instead.
