Description
This is a fixed recessed downlight from the Eliceo range, built to drop neatly into a ceiling for a flush, low-profile finish. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is supplied separately so you can pick the brightness and colour tone that suits the room. The round trim measures Ø96mm with a 42mm depth above the ceiling line, and the fitting takes a lamp of up to 10W.
The fixed position makes this a clean choice for general ceiling lighting across hallways, kitchens, bedrooms and living spaces, set out in a grid or run for even coverage. It needs a 68mm cut-out, so check your ceiling void allows the 42mm fitting depth and clears any joists before you mark out. Rated IP20, it is intended for dry indoor rooms and should be kept clear of bathroom zones and any exposed outdoor positions.
The body is aluminium alloy in a black finish, giving a sturdy fitting that sits discreetly against darker or contrasting ceilings. Installation is by spring clips that grip the plasterboard once the fitting is pushed into the cut-out, and the GU10 lamp twists into the holder behind the trim. Whether the downlight dims will depend on the GU10 lamp you choose, as the housing itself carries no driver.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No, the downlight is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock bulb, which you buy separately to suit your preferred brightness and colour tone.
What size cut-out does it need?
It requires a 68mm cut-out in the ceiling. Allow for the 42mm fitting depth above the ceiling line and make sure the void is clear of joists and wiring before cutting.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. With an IP20 rating it is for dry indoor rooms only, so keep it out of bathroom zones and any position exposed to moisture or weather.
How is it fixed into the ceiling?
It is a recessed fitting that pushes up into the cut-out and is held by spring clips that grip the plasterboard. The position is fixed, so the beam cannot be angled or tilted.
