Description
The Flini is a round recessed downlight that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is supplied separately. It drops into a 60mm ceiling cut-out and sits flush against the ceiling face for a neat, low-profile finish. The fitting holds the lamp in a fixed position, so it points straight down rather than tilting, making it suited to even, regular ceiling layouts.
Rated IP44, it copes with splashes and humidity, which makes it a sensible choice for bathroom ceilings away from direct water, kitchens, utility rooms and covered porches. The compact Ø80mm face and shallow 50mm depth let it fit shallow voids and tighter ceiling spacings. Because the brightness, tone and beam all come from the GU10 lamp you pair with it, you can tune the look of a room simply by choosing the lamp to suit.
The body is aluminium alloy in a white finish, which helps it blend into a painted ceiling and draw heat away from the lamp. It accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to 10W. Installation is straightforward: cut the 60mm hole, wire the fitting and push it into place on its sprung clips. Remember that a GU10 lamp is not included and will need to be bought to suit your preferred brightness.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No, the downlight is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a standard GU10 twist-lock bulb up to 10W, which you buy separately to suit your preferred brightness and tone.
What size cut-out do I need?
It fits a 60mm ceiling cut-out. The face measures Ø80mm and the fitting is 50mm deep, so you will need that clearance in the ceiling void above.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
Its IP44 rating means it handles splashes and humidity, so it is suitable for bathroom and kitchen ceilings positioned away from direct water spray, as well as covered outdoor areas like porches.
Can the downlight be angled?
No, this is a fixed-position fitting that directs the lamp straight downwards. If you need to aim or tilt the beam, choose an adjustable spotlight fitting instead.
