Description

This round recessed downlight is a fixed housing that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, supplied without a bulb so you can pick the brightness and tone to suit the room. It drops neatly into the ceiling for a flush, minimal look, with the lamp doing the work behind a clean circular trim. Part of the Glozo range, it suits a tidy, low-profile finish across kitchens, hallways and living spaces.

Designed to recess into a 77mm cut-out, the fitting sits in a fixed downward position rather than tilting, so it is well suited to even, repeated rows across a ceiling. With an overall diameter of Ø90mm and a 25mm depth, it needs only a shallow void above the plasterboard. The IP20 rating means it is intended for dry indoor areas, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any spot exposed to splashes or moisture.

The body is aluminium alloy in a two-tone gold and white finish, pairing a warm metallic ring with a crisp surround. It accepts GU10 lamps up to a maximum of 10W via the standard twist-lock holder, making bulb changes quick from below. Whether the fitting can be dimmed depends entirely on the GU10 bulb you fit, as the housing itself adds no control. Remember the lamp is not included, so order a GU10 separately.
