Description

This recessed downlight is a fixed-position ceiling fitting from the Glozo range, sold without a bulb. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp of up to 10W, which you choose and supply separately to suit the brightness and tone you want. The round trim sits flush against the ceiling once installed, with the body sitting up inside the void above.

It drops into a 77mm cut-out, so the ceiling needs a clear recess depth to take the 25mm body. With its IP20 rating it is intended for dry interior rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms, landings and hallways, and should be kept clear of bathroom zones and any outdoor or splash-prone location. Several fittings can be spaced across a ceiling to spread an even wash of light from the lamps you fit.

The body is aluminium alloy in a gold and black two-tone finish, measuring Ø90 × 25 mm. The position is fixed rather than tilting, giving a clean straight-down line once the GU10 lamp is in place. The fitting is supplied without a bulb, so a separate GU10 lamp must be ordered alongside it.
