Description

This recessed downlight from the Glozo range is a fixed-position ceiling fitting that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is not included so you can pick the wattage, tone and beam to suit the room. It sits flush in the ceiling and accepts a GU10 bulb rated up to 10W, giving you full control over the light it casts.

The fitting drops into a 60mm cut-out, so check your ceiling depth and that figure before you start, then wire and clip it into place. With its compact 98 × 90 × 20 mm body it suits hallways, kitchens, bedrooms and living spaces where a tidy, low-profile recessed look is wanted, and several can be spaced across a ceiling for even coverage. The position is fixed rather than tilting, so it points straight down.

Built with a glass trim in a silver finish, it carries an IP20 rating and is intended for dry indoor locations only, away from bathrooms and exposed outdoor areas. Installation is a standard recessed fit into the prepared cut-out, and because the lamp is bought separately, whether the fitting dims depends entirely on the GU10 bulb and driver you choose.
