Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a replacement rocker marked 'HOB' in a smoked bronze finish, designed to clip onto standard grid switches. The pre-printed marking identifies the circuit controlling a hob or cooker, providing clear labelling in kitchens and utility rooms where multiple appliances share a control panel.

The cover fits Knightsbridge's modular grid switch system, where individual rocker switches are mounted in multi-gang grid plates. To install, the existing unmarked or differently-labelled rocker is pulled from the switch mechanism and this marked replacement is clipped into place. No rewiring is needed — the swap takes seconds and allows grid plates to be relabelled as appliances change or after renovation.

Constructed from ABS plastic with a steel mounting clip, the smoked bronze finish matches Knightsbridge's smoked bronze grid plates and provides a darker metallic tone that pairs with bronze, gunmetal and warm grey interiors. The rocker measures 33mm high by 16mm wide with a 6.8mm projection from the grid plate once fitted. The IP20 rating is suitable for dry indoor locations.
