Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is pre-printed with 'HOB' in white text on an anthracite ABS and steel rocker. The cover clips onto standard Knightsbridge grid switch mechanisms, replacing the blank rocker to identify the circuit that controls a kitchen hob at the isolation switch position.

Designed for kitchen installation where multiple appliances are controlled from a bank of grid switches, the marked cover prevents confusion when isolating individual circuits for maintenance or emergency shutdown. The cover fits Knightsbridge's modular grid system, which allows multiple switch functions to be installed side-by-side in a single plate. The 33mm height and 16mm width match the standard grid rocker dimensions used across the Knightsbridge range.

The anthracite finish provides a neutral grey-black tone that pairs with both light and dark wall colours in contemporary kitchens. This cover is designed specifically for Knightsbridge grid switch mechanisms. It clips onto the rocker mount of Knightsbridge grid modules and may not fit other manufacturers' grid systems due to variations in clip design and dimensions.

Can the rocker be changed after installation?

Yes. The cover clips onto the grid mechanism and can be removed and replaced without re-wiring the switch. This allows you to change the designation if appliance positions are altered during a kitchen refit.
