Description

The Glistis is a 60cm spiral LED pendant light built from two interlocking ring frames in a brass-plated metal finish, each ring housing integrated 48W LED panels behind opal rubber diffusers. The rings spiral at offset angles, creating a dynamic three-dimensional form that presents differently when viewed from different positions in the room. The integrated LED runs at 3000K warm white and is fully dimmable via compatible wall dimmers.

Designed for positioning over dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights above 2.6m, the Glistis provides ambient and task lighting combined. The 2000mm adjustable cable allows the pendant to be set 700-1000mm above a worktop or 750-900mm above a dining table depending on room proportions. The opal diffuser panels soften the LED output, distributing light evenly downward and outward without harsh glare. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor use only.

Each brass-plated ring measures approximately 60cm in diameter, with the entire fitting weighing enough to require a secure ceiling rose and appropriate cable suspension. The brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with both warm wood tones and cooler grey or white interiors. The spiral configuration gives the Glistis a presence that reads as sculptural when unlit and functional when illuminated. The integrated LED removes the need for separate bulb purchases and delivers consistent colour temperature across the entire fitting.

Is the Glistis compatible with dimmer switches?

Yes. The integrated LED is fully dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Ensure the dimmer is rated for LED loads and check compatibility with your existing wiring before installation.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 2000mm adjustable cable allows the pendant to be set at various heights. For positioning over a dining table or kitchen island, ceiling heights of 2.6m or above work best, allowing the fitting to hang 700-900mm above the surface without obstructing sightlines.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the Glistis is only suitable for dry indoor areas. It cannot be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or any location where it may be exposed to moisture or steam.
