The Glistis is an 80cm diameter LED spiral pendant light built from two interlocking brass-finish metal rings, each housing integrated LED strips behind an opal rubber diffuser. The spiral configuration creates a dynamic form that reads differently from different angles in the room, while the 55W integrated LED delivers warm 3000K light evenly across both rings.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and in double-height entrance halls, the Glistis suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. The 2000mm cable drop is adjustable during installation, allowing the light to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining surface or lower in double-height spaces. The dimmable LED adapts from full-output ambient lighting during meal prep to softer background light during dining. The brass finish pairs with warm-toned interiors, oak furniture and brass hardware elsewhere in the space.

Each ring is formed from plated metal with an opal rubber diffuser bonded along the inner edge, softening the LED output and preventing glare when the light is viewed from below. The IP20 rating limits the Glistis to dry indoor locations only. At 80cm diameter and 240mm height the fitting has presence over larger tables (1800-2400mm length) without overwhelming narrower spaces. The integrated LED is rated for 30,000 hours at 3000K, eliminating bulb replacement over the fixture's working life.

Yes. The integrated 55W LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer. Dimmer compatibility varies by manufacturer, confirm with your electrician or contact us before pairing with a specific dimmer model.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 2000mm adjustable cable suits ceiling heights of 2.6m or above when the light is positioned 700-900mm above a dining table. In double-height spaces or entrance halls the cable can be extended or left at full drop depending on the desired visual effect.

Can the LED be replaced?

No. The LED is integrated into the metal ring structure and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for 30,000 hours of operation at 3000K, equivalent to approximately 10-15 years of typical domestic use.

What size table does it suit?

The 80cm diameter suits dining tables between 1800mm and 2400mm in length. For smaller tables (1200-1600mm) the Glistis may dominate the space; for larger tables (2600mm+) consider pairing two Glistis fittings spaced along the table length or selecting a larger pendant light.
