Description
The Galoba is a twin-head spotlight built around two GU10 lamp holders, taking PAR16 lamps up to 35W each from a 220-240V AC mains supply. Running off standard GU10 fittings, it sits alongside the round and surface led ceiling light formats many buyers in the US would recognise as a flush mount led ceiling light, though here the two heads can be angled to direct the beams where they are needed. The round black housing measures 310 by 90 by 140 mm and keeps a compact, low-profile presence on the ceiling or wall.
Because each head adjusts independently, the Galoba suits hallways, landings, kitchens and home offices where light needs to be aimed at a worktop, artwork or a reading corner rather than spread evenly across the room. The twin GU10 output gives useful coverage for a small to medium room or a defined task zone, and the aimable heads let you pick the lamp wattage and beam to suit the space. It mounts to a standard ceiling or wall point, making it a flexible choice for accent and directional lighting in lower-ceilinged rooms.
The body is aluminium alloy in a black finish, with the two GU10 holders carried on adjustable heads for precise aiming. It carries an IP20 rating, so it is intended for dry indoor rooms only and should be kept out of bathrooms, porches and any damp or outdoor location. Lamps are GU10 PAR16 type and can be swapped for warm or cool tones, with dimming dependent on the lamps and any wall dimmer fitted. The Galoba forms part of a wider range of GU10 spotlights we stock in matching finishes.

Frequently Asked
Does the Galoba come with GU10 lamps included?
The fitting uses two GU10 PAR16 lamps rated up to 35W each, which are specified separately. This lets you choose the wattage, beam angle and colour temperature to suit the room before fitting them into the two adjustable heads.
Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. The Galoba is rated IP20, which means it is for dry indoor use only. Keep it clear of bathrooms, porches, garages and any damp or outdoor location, as it offers no protection against moisture.
Can the spotlight heads be angled?
Yes. The two heads adjust independently, so you can direct each beam towards a worktop, picture or reading spot. This makes it well suited to accent and task lighting rather than flat, even room coverage.
How do I clean the fitting?
Switch off the power and let the lamps cool, then wipe the black aluminium housing with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners so the finish stays in good condition.
