Description

The Galit is a brass dish wall light. A single glass shade stands in front of a round brass dish, held out from the wall on a curved arm that runs from a round wall mount. The dish sits behind the shade like a reflector and gives the light a broad, round backdrop. It is made of brass and glass, and you choose the finish: Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Natural Brass, Polished Brass or Satin Brass. The shade comes in Clear or Opal glass. The wall light is 28cm tall and 25cm across, and it stands 21cm out from the wall.

It is rated IP65, so it is at home in a bathroom, beside a mirror or over a basin, where steam and splashes are part of the day. It suits drier rooms just as well: a pair either side of a bed in a bedroom, over a sideboard in a dining room, or flanking a fireplace or a picture in a living room. The brass finishes range from the bright shine of Polished Brass to the aged look of Antique Brass, and Antique Silver gives a cooler tone for a grey or white scheme. Bulbs are sold separately: it takes one E27 bulb, up to 6.5W per bulb (LED).

Every Galit is made to order for you in Ireland, in the finish and glass you choose. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase, and bulbs are not covered.
