The Galilea is a 39cm crystal suspension light built around a polished chrome bowl frame filled with cut crystal sconces and teardrops. Four G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit within the frame, each surrounded by crystal elements that catch and refract light in multiple directions. The crystals are suspended on fine wires within an open chrome ring, creating a floating basket effect where the individual pieces appear to hover rather than sit against a solid backing.

Designed for smaller rooms where a full-scale chandelier would overpower the space, the 39cm diameter suits dining tables in compact dining rooms, bedroom ceilings with 2.4m height, hallways and landings. The 250mm minimum drop allows close-to-ceiling mounting in lower rooms, while the adjustable cable extends to 1200mm where ceiling height permits a longer drop. The four-light configuration spreads illumination evenly across a 2.5-3m table or a 10-12m² bedroom without creating harsh shadows or hotspots.

The polished chrome finish reflects ambient daylight and lamplight back into the room, amplifying brightness in smaller spaces. Each crystal piece is facet-cut to create prismatic refraction, so when the bulbs are on the light breaks into subtle spectrum colours across nearby walls and ceilings. For more thorough cleaning, remove individual crystals from their wire hooks, wash in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinse in clean water, dry with a lint-free cloth and re-hang. Avoid spraying cleaning products directly onto the fitting as they can tarnish the polished chrome.
