Fruits Striped Polyester Cushion - Blue

This is a 45x45cm scatter cushion in 100% polyester, printed with a hand-painted strawberry design scattered across a fine blue stripe. What sets it apart from a plain scatter cushion is the finish at the edge: a scalloped wiggle border trimmed in a bright red contrast piping that runs the whole way round both faces. It is a square cushion with a printed cover, and the print is carried over the back as well as the front, so there is no plain reverse to hide.

It is made for a garden bench, a patio chair or an outdoor sofa, and it works equally well brought indoors onto a reading chair or a window seat. The blue stripe and red trim sit happily against painted metal garden furniture and natural rattan, and the fruit print pairs with other pieces in the same range built on the same wiggle-trim idea, such as an orange print and a cherry gingham.
