Description

The Frost is an 81cm x 56cm rectangle wall mirror with a textured silver wood frame surrounding a clear glass mirror pane. The frame features a crackled or hammered finish that catches light at different angles, giving the silver surface subtle tonal variation depending on viewing position and ambient lighting.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and dressing areas where a full-length or upper-body reflection is needed, the Frost's portrait orientation and 81cm height accommodates most users from chest height upwards when wall-mounted at typical heights of 120-150cm from floor to bottom edge. The 2cm frame depth keeps the mirror close to the wall without significant projection, making it suitable for narrow hallways and spaces where door clearance is limited.

The wood frame is finished in a metallic silver paint or foil that wraps the entire border, giving the appearance of a metal frame at a lighter weight than actual metal construction. The textured surface of the frame reduces glare from direct light sources and prevents the silver from reading as flat or clinical. At 6kg the mirror mounts on standard picture hooks or mirror plates fixed into wall studs or solid masonry, with the weight distributed across the frame's back rail.
