How is the organza cleaned?

The pleated organza is delicate and should not be washed or soaked. Dust can be removed with a soft brush or a low-power vacuum cleaner held a few centimetres away from the fabric. For marks, a barely-damp microfibre cloth can be used sparingly, but avoid rubbing the pleats hard as this may flatten them.

Are the crystals removable?

The crystal strands are sewn or clipped to the top ring inside the shade. They can be removed if preferred, though doing so will reduce the decorative effect and the weight that keeps the shade stable on its frame.
