Fia 6 Light Square Crystal Flush Ceiling Light - Polished Chrome

The Fia is a 570mm square flush ceiling light with a polished chrome frame supporting a cascading arrangement of cut crystal spheres. Six G4 bulb holders are positioned behind the crystal layer, with bulbs included in the box. An integrated three-mode switching system allows the fitting to run on halogen bulbs only, white LEDs only, or both simultaneously, controlled from a standard wall switch without requiring a dimmer or additional controller.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3-2.6m where a low-profile fitting is needed but decorative impact is still wanted, the Fia works in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. The 120mm drop from ceiling to underside means it projects less than a standard pendant while the crystal spheres catch and scatter light across a wider area than a simple frosted diffuser. The square footprint anchors the fitting visually in rooms with square or rectangular proportions.

The polished chrome frame is solid metal with a mirror finish that reflects surrounding ceiling colour and bounces light outward. Each crystal sphere is facet-cut to refract light into spectrum colours when the bulbs are on, creating small points of colour on nearby walls and ceilings. The three-mode switch cycles between halogen-only (warmer 2700K tone, higher wattage), LED-only (cooler 6000K white, lower consumption) and both together (maximum brightness, mixed colour temperature). At 6.5kg the fitting requires secure ceiling fixings into joists or ceiling anchors rated for the weight.

How does the three-mode switching work?

The fitting has an internal controller that cycles between three modes each time you operate your standard wall switch: halogen bulbs only, white LED only, or both together. You do not need a special dimmer or remote control. Turn the switch off and back on to move to the next mode in the sequence.

Are the bulbs included?

Yes. The Fia ships with all six G4 bulbs needed for operation. Both the halogen and LED bulbs are pre-installed in the fitting.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The 120mm drop makes this suitable for ceiling heights of 2.3m and above. It is designed as a low-ceiling alternative to drop pendants in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways where headroom is limited.

Can the crystal spheres be cleaned?

Yes. Turn off power at the mains before cleaning. Use a dry microfibre cloth to wipe each crystal sphere. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but ensure the fitting is fully dry before restoring power. Do not use spray cleaners or chemical polishes on the chrome or crystal.
