Description

The Eveready LED candle bulb delivers 470 lumens from a 4.9W LED element inside a classic candle-shaped frosted glass envelope, fitted with a B22 bayonet cap for standard UK light fittings. The 6500K colour temperature produces a cool daylight white light that mimics natural daylight, making it well-suited to task-focused environments where clarity and contrast matter.

Designed as a direct replacement for traditional 40W incandescent candle bulbs, this LED version uses approximately 88% less energy while providing comparable brightness. The twin pack format suits rooms with paired wall lights, chandeliers, or multiple pendant fittings where bulbs are replaced together. The B22 bayonet cap fits most UK domestic light fittings manufactured from the 1920s onwards, including ceiling roses, wall brackets, and table lamp holders.

The 280-degree beam angle spreads light across a wide arc from the bulb, reducing shadowing in multi-bulb fittings. The frosted glass diffuses the LED element so the light source itself is not visible when lit, giving a softer appearance than clear candle bulbs.
