Description

This is a candle bulb on the B22 bayonet cap, the push and twist fitting found on a great many British pendants, wall lights and chandeliers. It draws 4.9W for 470 lumens, which the retail pack rates as the equal of a 40W conventional candle. The light is 6,500K daylight, a crisp blue-white rather than the yellow of an old filament lamp. The outer glass is plain opal white, so the diode inside stays hidden and the bulb keeps a smooth candle profile when it is switched off.
