Description

A straight-sided tealight holder blown from recycled glass, 10cm tall and 7cm across, the smallest of three. The colour is layered rather than uniform: dark at the rim, lightening down the body, and mottled again across the base. Each one is shaped by hand, so no two carry the layers in quite the same place.

Ten centimetres of glass around a tealight puts the flame low and deep, so what leaves it is the glow through the sides rather than the flame itself. Lit, the light comes through warm at the base and hardly at all at the dark rim. At 0.125kg this is the one for a narrow shelf.

The glass is recycled, blown by hand with a smoke tint and then finished in layers. A 12cm and a 14cm Etti run alongside it. The tealight is not included.

It gets hot in use, so let it cool fully before handling it, keep it out of reach of children, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
