Description

The Ethereal is a 5 light chandelier built around an L-shaped matt black metal frame measuring 1355mm along the horizontal arm and 455mm on the vertical drop. Five white opal glass globes sit at intervals across the frame, each housing a G9 bulb (sold separately). The frame itself suspends from a brushed brass ceiling rose on a black fabric-covered cable.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and breakfast bars, the Ethereal works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher where the 455mm vertical arm allows the horizontal bar to sit 700-900mm above the table surface. The 1355mm horizontal span suits tables and islands between 1.6m and 2.2m long, providing even light distribution across the length without clustering all sources in one central point.

The matt black finish on the frame provides a defined geometric presence that works in industrial, Scandi and contemporary interiors without overwhelming the space. The opal glass diffuses light in all directions, giving ambient illumination rather than focused downlight. Each globe sits on a short vertical riser from the frame, creating depth and preventing the fitting from appearing as a flat horizontal bar when viewed from the side. The brushed brass ceiling rose adds a warm metallic accent that contrasts with the black frame.

The G9 fittings accept standard capsule bulbs, giving flexibility to choose between halogen for maximum brightness or LED for energy efficiency. The IP20 rating confirms this is an indoor-only fitting, suitable for dry locations but not bathrooms or outdoor covered areas.
