The Estrella is an LED flush ceiling light made of two interlocking hexagonal rings in a bronze finish, meeting at a black cylindrical centre. The frame is steel, and a white plastic diffuser lines the inner edge of each ring, so the light spreads as a soft, even line rather than a harsh point. It measures 68.5cm long and 43cm wide, and at 10cm high it stays close to the ceiling, which helps in rooms where a pendant would hang too low. The integrated LEDs draw 20W and give 3,500 lumens. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in dry rooms.

We would put it in a living room, bedroom or dining room, anywhere one bright main light needs to do several jobs. The colour temperature adjusts from a warm 2200K to a cool 6500K, and the light is dimmable, so the same fitting gives an amber glow for a quiet evening and a crisp, daylight white for reading or working at the table.
