The brass finish on the metal frame shows a warm satin tone that pairs well with both warm and neutral kitchen palettes, and the white blown glass diffuses the light from the five E14 bulbs into a soft ambient glow rather than sharp downlight. Each globe is approximately 15cm diameter, giving the fitting a substantial presence without dominating smaller kitchens. The IP20 rating limits the Erich to indoor dry locations only.

What bulbs does it take and are they included?

The Erich takes five E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs up to 40W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulbs at 2700K for ambient kitchen island lighting.

What ceiling height is needed?

The suspension cables adjust between 45cm and 149cm drop. For a kitchen island or dining table, the globes typically sit 70-85cm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. Lower ceilings can use the minimum 45cm drop setting.

How wide is the ceiling plate?

The rectangular ceiling plate measures approximately 120cm x 15cm, matching the full width of the bar below. The plate requires a ceiling rose or junction box capable of supporting the combined weight of the brass frame and glass globes.

Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

The pendant uses two separate cables, which allows the bar to hang level even if the ceiling has a slight slope. Steep slopes may require a sloped ceiling adaptor (sold separately) to ensure the bar remains horizontal.
