Description
The Energizer Vision HD is a 400-lumen metal LED torch with digital focus and seven operating modes, powered by two AA batteries (included). The torch body is machined from aluminium alloy with a knurled grip and a rotating head that adjusts the beam from a concentrated spot to a wide flood without stepping through intermediate positions. Maximum output is 400 lumens on high mode, dropping to 50 lumens on power-saver mode for extended runtime.
Designed for automotive breakdown kits, home tool drawers, camping and general-purpose outdoor use, the Vision HD carries IPX4 splash resistance and survives drops from 1 metre onto hard surfaces. The torch cycles through seven modes using a tail-cap push button: high (400lm, 4-hour runtime), power-saver (50lm, 21-hour runtime), emergency strobe, three intermediate brightness levels, and an SOS signal mode. The digital focus ring at the front rotates smoothly through the entire focal range without clicking or locking positions.
The MAXVIZ LED produces a 4000K cool white output that Energizer calibrates to match the contrast sensitivity of human vision in low-light conditions, giving better object definition than standard torch LEDs at the same lumen rating. The beam distance reaches 115 metres on high mode and 35 metres on power-saver. The torch weighs 190g with batteries installed and measures 121mm long by 47.9mm diameter at the head. Two Energizer Max AA alkaline batteries are supplied in the blister pack.

Frequently Asked
What batteries does it use and are they included?
The torch runs on two AA batteries. Two Energizer Max AA alkaline batteries are included in the pack, so the torch is ready to use out of the blister packaging.
How many modes does it have?
Seven modes: high (400lm), power-saver (50lm), three intermediate brightness levels, emergency strobe, and SOS signal. Modes are selected by repeated presses of the tail-cap button.
Is it waterproof?
The torch carries IPX4 splash resistance, meaning it withstands water splashed from any direction but is not submersible. Suitable for outdoor use in rain but not for underwater operation.
What does digital focus mean?
The front bezel rotates to adjust the beam from a tight spot to a wide flood. The adjustment is continuous and smooth without clicking through set positions, unlike older torches that lock at two or three focus points.
