Description

The Energizer Touch Tech keychain light is a 20-lumen LED torch activated by grip pressure rather than a conventional switch. Squeeze the torch body to switch on, release to switch off — the switchless operation prevents accidental activation when clipped to keys or carried in pockets and bags.

Designed for everyday carry on keyrings, bag straps and purses, the torch weighs 60g with batteries fitted and measures 108mm in length with a 14mm profile. The included CR2032 lithium batteries are pre-installed and provide approximately 5 hours of continuous runtime at full 20-lumen output. The keyring attachment loop is fixed to the tail of the torch body.

The LED produces white light through a shatterproof lens set into the head of the torch. The non-slip grip surface on the body gives secure handling when the torch is used in wet conditions or with gloved hands. The compact size suits tasks requiring one hand free — unlocking doors, finding items in bags, reading labels in low light or temporary illumination when a phone torch would require both hands.

How does the Touch Tech activation work?

The torch activates when you grip the body with enough pressure to compress the internal switch mechanism. Releasing your grip turns the light off. There is no physical button to press — the entire body acts as the switch surface.

What batteries does it take and are they included?

The torch requires two CR2032 lithium coin cells, which are pre-installed in the packaging and ready to use immediately. Replacement CR2032 batteries are widely available from supermarkets, electronics retailers and online.

How long does the battery last?

The pre-installed CR2032 batteries provide approximately 5 hours of continuous runtime at the full 20-lumen output. In typical keychain torch use — brief activations for finding keyholes, reading labels, checking under car seats — the batteries can last several months before needing replacement.

Is it waterproof?

The torch is splash-resistant and will tolerate brief exposure to rain or wet hands, but it is not rated for submersion in water. The shatterproof lens protects the LED from impact if dropped onto hard surfaces.
