Description

The Energizer 8.8W E27 LED GLS bulb delivers 806 lumens at 2700K warm white colour temperature, providing direct replacement for a traditional 60W incandescent bulb whilst consuming 85% less energy. The standard GLS (General Lighting Service) shape measures 60mm diameter by 110mm height with an E27 Edison screw cap fitting.

Designed for general household lighting across living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining spaces, the bulb fits any standard E27 socket including table lamps, floor lamps, pendant shades and ceiling fittings. The 240-degree beam angle distributes light widely across the room rather than concentrating it in a narrow spot. The bulb is non-dimmable and provides consistent output on standard mains switching.

The frosted polycarbonate envelope diffuses the LED chip array evenly, avoiding the visible point-source effect of early LED designs. At 2700K the light sits in the traditional warm white range comparable to incandescent and halogen bulbs, rendering skin tones and warm-toned interiors naturally. The bulb carries an F energy rating under the revised 2021 EU energy label scale and is rated for a 15-year lifespan based on average domestic use patterns.
