Description
This four-pack contains Energizer 8.5W LED GLS bulbs with B22 bayonet caps, each delivering 806 lumens at 3000K warm white. The bulbs use standard GLS (General Lighting Service) shape with a 60mm diameter and 109mm height, fitting traditional lampholders across ceiling pendants, table lamps, floor lamps and wall lights. Each bulb replaces a 60W incandescent equivalent while drawing just 8.5W.
Designed for general ambient lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas, the bulbs provide non-dimmable output with a 240-degree beam angle that spreads light widely across a room. The B22 bayonet fitting is the UK standard for most domestic lampholders, making installation straightforward with a push-and-twist motion. The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white spectrum, producing a yellow-toned light comparable to traditional incandescent bulbs rather than the cooler blue-white of daylight LEDs.
Each bulb carries an F energy rating under the 2021 EU energy label scale, which recalibrated ratings to account for LED improvements and set stricter thresholds than the previous A++ to E scale. The 806-lumen output provides sufficient brightness for general room lighting in spaces up to 15-20 square metres, with multiple bulbs needed for larger open-plan areas. The non-dimmable driver circuit inside each bulb means they are not compatible with dimmer switches and will either flicker or fail if connected to dimming circuits.
The four-pack format suits whole-room re-lamping or replacing multiple bulbs across a property at once, reducing the per-bulb cost compared to buying singles. Energizer rates these bulbs for approximately 15,000 hours of use, which translates to roughly 13-15 years at three hours per day.

Frequently Asked
Are these bulbs dimmable?
No. These are non-dimmable LED bulbs and must not be fitted to circuits controlled by dimmer switches. Using them with a dimmer will cause flickering, buzzing or premature failure.
What is the light colour like?
The specification table lists 2,700K, which produces a warm white light similar to traditional incandescent bulbs with a slightly yellow tone. This is warmer and more amber than daylight white LEDs rated at 4000K or above.
How many bulbs do I need for a room?
Each bulb delivers 806 lumens. A typical living room of 15-20 square metres needs approximately 1,500-3,000 lumens total, so two to four of these bulbs would be appropriate depending on ceiling height and fixture type.
What does the F energy rating mean?
The F rating is on the 2021 EU energy label scale, which recalibrated ratings to make A and B grades harder to achieve. An F-rated LED is still far more efficient than an incandescent bulb and uses 85% less energy than a 60W equivalent.
